If you were ordered to be monitored
This is stressful. We'll walk you through it, tell you every fee up front, and get it on fast so you stay in line with the court.
No surprise charges. The install fee covers install, the walkthrough and removal. A missed appointment is $50, and a lost or damaged device is charged at what the maker charges us. If you truly can't afford monitoring, ask your judge or probation officer about the court's indigent fund. We'll bill the court directly if they approve it.

Questions people ask us
Yes, you can shower. You can't take baths, swim or use a hot tub, because the bracelet can't go underwater.
Products with alcohol in them: hand sanitizer, mouthwash, cologne, body spray, some lotions and bug sprays. Switch to alcohol-free versions while you wear it. The bracelet looks for the pattern of drinking, but it's easier to just avoid these.
It doesn't hurt. It's about the size of a large watch face and sits on your ankle. Long pants cover it.
For alcohol and GPS monitoring, yes, as long as you follow your court order. House arrest limits you to the hours your judge sets. If your order lets you travel, tell us first.
Call us before it happens. We'll set up a plan. If you stop paying and stop talking to us, we have to tell the court, and nobody wants that.
Your court and probation officer. We don't sell or share it with anyone else.
Yes. Many people start voluntarily, often on their lawyer's advice, to show a judge a sober record before sentencing. Same fees, same reports, sent to whoever you choose.
We review the reading, then report it to your court the same day as the order requires. If it goes to a hearing, we explain the data to the judge.
For defense attorneys
Put your client on voluntary monitoring after arrest. We send you dated compliance reports you can hand the judge. Start-up in 24 hours, no court order needed.
